Cooking Directions:
This is an absolute classic candy recipe. To begin take out a large saucepan, and heat over medium low. Next add in the organic dark chocolate chips, and melt them along with all of the margarine. Once those two ingredients are completely melted, add in the sweetened condensed milk, stir often until the mixture is even and consistent. Next take out a large mixing bowl, and add into the mixing bowl the chocolate mixture, make sure to scrape the sides of your saucepan well, as you do not want to waste any of these sweet ingredients. Next add in the peanuts and miniature marshmallows, and vigorously stir them into the mix. From here you will want to take out a baking sheet, and line it with aluminum baking foil or wax paper. Finally pour into the baking sheet the mixture in the bowl, and evenly spread it out, do try to maintain the same thickness of the chocolate. Once done there slide the baking sheet into the refrigerator for two to three hours, and let it chill. After the chocolate mix has sufficiently chilled, peel it from the baking sheet, and slice it into bite size pieces. Store them at room temperature in a sealed cookie jar. A tall glass of cold 2% cold milk will go excellently with them.
