Cooking Directions:
Tiger butter candy is quick and easy to make, and your whole family will enjoy them. To begin you will first need to take out a microwave safe bowl. Next add into the bowl the confectioners white sugar and chunky peanut butter. Heat these ingredients on medium for about four minutes, or until it's all melted. When you remove the bowl from the microwave, be sure to stir it up so that you have an even and consistent peanut butter and sugar sauce. Next take out a baking sheet, and coat it with All Natural Baking Spray with Flour. Next line the baking sheet with foil, and pour on to it the peanut butter sauce, and evenly spread it out so you have a consistent thickness throughout. Now take out another microwave safe bowl, and add into it your tasty chocolate chips and cream. Heat these ingredients on high for about half a minutes, or until the chocolate chips soften. Once done there you will want to stir up the sauce until you have an even and consistent chocolate sauce. When you are done, pour the chocolate sauce over the peanut butter layer, again spread it out so that you have an even thickness. Finally slide your baking sheet into the freezer, and let the candy chill for about 5 minutes, or until the candy has hardened. Using a sharp kitchen knife, cut the candy into bite size one inch squares. Store them in a glass cookie jar at room temperature. They taste great with a warm cup of Ghirardelli hot chocolate.
